1. Study Oasis sells accommodation from an inventory given by each accommodation provider. Study Oasis is not liable for any unavailability of rooms due to actions by the accommodation provider.
2. The Customer will be required to meet the requirements of each accommodation provider in regard to the provision of a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may also be required to provide photo ID.
3. Cancellation penalties depend on the policies of any individual accommodation provider.
4. A Study Oasis ?service fee? applies to all bookings and is not refundable in any circumstance. This fee is included in the booking fee and varies according to the type of booking.
5. Study Oasis will endeavour to make sure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Study Oasis does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
6. Study Oasis does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
7. Study Oasis does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.
8. Study Oasis makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.

10. Study Oasis endeavours to ensure that all prices listed on the Website are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations or increases in supplier rates we reserve the right, up to and including the date of check-in, to adjust any fees, charges or prices as necessary,.
11. Study Oasis reserves the right to correct any errors in fees, charges, rates or prices quoted or billed, even if the Products acquired have been paid for in full.
12. If there is a discrepancy between other languages text and the English texts of these terms and conditions the English text will rule.
