I am not a student - am I able to still use Study Oasis to book accommodation?

Anyone is able to use Study Oasis for their accommodation needs.

Can I change my booking?

Changes can be made to most bookings. However, this is dependent on the apartment’s cancellation/change policy. Cancellation fees and charges may apply to confirmed bookings that are cancelled.

How do I view, change or cancel my booking?

After you have made a booking, simply contact your StudyOasis representative through the contact details provided in the booking email. Alternatively, you can view or modify your booking through the "My Bookings" link at the top of this page.

Can I request a specific bedding configuration?

You may make a special request but there are no guarantees that this request can be met.

Can you recommend a mortgage broker in Australia?

If you are looking for a low interest rate home loan and are an Australian citizen, then we recommend Mortgage Broker Australia to find local finance expert. If you are in New South Wales, please try Sydney Mortgage or if you are in Western Australia, Perth Mortgage or a Melbourne Mortgage Broker.

Do I have to pay in full now?

No, you only need to pay for the required amount shown to secure the booking. Upon check-in, the apartment provider will inform you of their requirement in regards to paying the balance of the bill. In addition the apartment provider will ask you for a credit card imprint for incidental expenses (eg mini bar, telephone calls) as well as photographic ID.

How can I pay for my accommodation?

You can book accommodation online on studyoasis.com by using Visa, MasterCard, or Bankcard.

What if I do not have a credit card?

We are also able to arrange payment of your accommodation through telegraphic transfer or direct deposit.

How do I book my accommodation?

There are three steps to booking your accommodation on Study Oasis.

Search the available properties by city, university or bed type. A list of available properties will then be displayed. To read further information about the property, click on the property name.

To book, click on the apartment you are interested in and enter the dates you wish to stay . This will display the deposit required to confirm the booking

To book click on the on-line booking form.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you have successfully completed the booking Study Oasis will send you a confirmation email to verify that your booking has been confirmed. It is at this stage that you will need to make your payment.

What should I take with me to the apartment?

When you check in you need to take photo identification (eg. driver’s licence or passport ) and a copy of your booking confirmation. Your booking confirmation will be emailed to the address you nominated when you made your booking.

A credit card will also be needed to guarantee payment for any incidental charges.

What happens once I have booked an apartment online?

Once you have successfully completed the booking, an email is sent to the email address you nominated on your booking as well as to the apartment.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at any time, provided it’s within the apartment’s cancellation policy. To view the cancellation policy of the apartment you wish to book, click on the apartment’s name once you have completed your search.

Is my private information protected?

Yes. StudyOasis is protected by full 128bit SSL encryption. Your personal booking details are safely stored offline and your credit card details are encrypted for processing by our bank.

Study Oasis does not disclose any information about customers except in these cases:

• For Apartment Providers
  Study Oasis provides the guest name, telephone number and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. We are however not responsible or liable for any use that third party accommodation providers may put this information to.
  
• For Legal Reasons
  Study Oasis may be required by Australian law to disclose information provided by you.
