Student Apartments (off campus)
Off Campus student apartments are complexes that are privately owned and
managed, and are generally not affiliated with universities.
Student apartments have been purpose built for international students and are
fully furnished. Student apartments are able to be booked in advance for
semester blocks, or in yearly blocks.
Student apartments are located within close proximity to universities and
Central Business District localities in most capital cities in Australia . They
are very much in demand.
Most student apartments have onsite managers and onsite security. Many have
key card access to buildings and car parks.
Student apartments range from studio apartments (bed within living area),
through to 1, 2 and even 3 bedroom apartments (depending on apartment complex).
They generally have individually locked rooms if sharing with other
students.
Student apartments generally will have:
- Kitchen or kitchenette
- Separate bathroom
- Television
- Basic bedroom furniture including bed and desk
- Basic living area furniture including sofas, table and chairs
Further to this, most apartments have shared facilities for laundry and large
living and games areas. Some apartments have gyms, swimming pools and cafes
onsite. Broadband access is generally available in most apartments at the
student’s expense.

- Students must sign for semester bookings and penalties do apply if you
leave sooner.
- Students are required to pay in advance.
